Call a plumber

As much as we try to do plumbing ourselves, we are lucky to have Steve's plumbing at the rescue when we can't quite do it ourselves.

Replacing a toilet shouldn't be too hard, but when you find out that the ring at the bottom of the toilet is cracked, then you need to call in re-inforcements. Good thing we pay a monthly stipend to Steve's for just such a situation. Should have the toilet in shortly. And, no cussing is involved in this part of the installation, just a little bit of money. Ah well.
