We just can't seem to get away from them. Every spring we get robins, swallows, or some such variety of bird deciding that they have to build a nest on our house. We have tried various ways of detering them - bird spikes above the front door and on the trellis, hanging strings - whatever. But, apparently they are much more determined than we thought. Who would believe that they would build their nest right on our deck and under the table! Well, here it is, though soon to be removed.
