Picture of Granite

This is a picture of our granite. The taped out area is what they will cut for the counter. The tape with the X's on it is the front and you can see where the sinks will be placed. The granite has lots of color and "movement" to it, but I had to contain Phil as he wanted the part of the slab with the really wild colors and that would have been too much. So, we took a much calmer approach - as I have had to convince him to do through the whole process. If he had his druthers, everything would be done Griswold (??sp) style - in other words, OVER THE TOP!!
